Online courses are ordered from the MovementWorld.com online store at MovementWorld.com.
The seller is HyvinvointiHeimo Oy (Business ID 3382275-6).
All course prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
When placing an order, a customer account is automatically created in the MovementWorld service.
This account is required to access the purchased online courses.
During checkout, the customer must provide their first name, last name, and email address.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
If the customer is under 18 years of age, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order and participate in the courses.
All products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
After placing an order, a new customer will receive an email with instructions for creating a password (the login username is the email address provided).
This allows the customer to log in to the site and access the course materials.
If the customer does not receive the email, they may request a resend of the login details at info@movementworld.com.
If the customer already has a username and password, they can simply log in, and the purchased materials will be available on the course platform.

Payments are processed through Stripe, and the service provider does not receive or store any payment information.
